About Sidekick
Sidekick is an AI assistant for frontline manufacturing workers. Sidekick lets workers text problems, photos, or voice memos in any language; it answers from the company's own documents, creates and routes the work order, and syncs with software the company already runs. Sidekick captures the tribal knowledge in veterans' heads - the know-how that usually walks out the door when they retire - into a searchable knowledge base the company owns. No app, no login, works on any phone.
