About Hubble
Hubble retrieves complete medical records on behalf of patients using patient-mediated access. Under a patient's HIPAA right of access, they authorize us once and we pull their full history from every provider they've seen (hospitals, clinics, labs, imaging centers), no per-provider integration or IT project required. Getting records today still runs on faxes, patient portals, and release-of-information queues, so teams that need medical data wait weeks and get back a pile of unstructured PDFs. Hubble handles the retrieval end to end and returns clean, structured records, turning what used to take weeks into days. We work with teams that live or die on getting patient records fast: legal (personal injury, mass tort, disability), life sciences and research, and anyone building products that need a patient's real medical history to work. Instead of standing up records infrastructure themselves, they use Hubble as the retrieval layer. We're the team behind the AI agents at Grow Therapy and Amazon's One Medical used by millions of patients (Prabha was Grow's first PM building their AI agents, Aaron built the AI infra serving 1M+ clients).
